Skyway Therapeutic Massage

What is Chinese Massage Therapy?

Massage for pain/stress relief originated in ancient China more than 3,000 years ago. Chinese Massage involves several kinds of rolling, rubbing, pushing, pressing, and pointing techniques. These actions and related energy not only work on skin level but also, more importantly, deeply penetrate into acupuncture points. This is the distinct difference between Chinese Massage and the other types of massage. In most cases the person who receives Chinese Massage can feel instant pain relief and become energetic again.

Chinese traditional massage is also known as "Tui-Na" or “Qi-Gong Tui-Na". Skyway Therapeutic Massage offers traditional Chinese therapies as well as Western Massage.

Please look over our Treatments pages for more information on each.
